If you are not happy for any reason, please message us before leaving negative feedback and we will do our best to correct any errors! FAQ'sQ: Are your items authentic, OEM from the manufacturer?A: Yes, we have accounts with all of the major golf manufacturers, so all products are OEM. Q: Why does the adapter you sent look different than the one that came with my club?A: A lot of adapters are universal, but they do change cosmetically from year to year. For example, if you have an SIM driver and the adapter looks different, it is just from a different model such as the SIM 2. Q: Do you accept returns?A: Yes. There are free returns if there is an error on our part. We will still accept a return if you decide to return an item because it doesn't fit, you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind. If that is the case, we will pay for the return shipping up front, but deduct that cost from the amount we refund back to you. There will also be a 20% restocking fee on any custom built item as this can no longer be listed as “new”. Q: Do you have .........?A: If there is an item you need and we don't currently have it listed, there is a good chance we can get it as we have accounts with all of the major brands.
