The next evolution of Mitsubishi Chemical’s aftermarket exclusive C6™ family uses our iconic Titanium Nickel (TiNi) Wire technology. Titanium Nickel is what’s known as a memory metal – a material that resists deformation and always works to return to its resting state. By orienting TiNi Wire at a 45 degree angle in the tip section, C6 wood shafts resist ovalizing under load and increase the golfer’s ability to return the club face to impact squarely. A: Yes, we have accounts with all of the major golf manufacturers, so all products are OEM. Q: Why does the adapter you sent look different than the one that came with my club? A: A lot of adapters are universal, but they do change cosmetically from year to year. For example, if you have an SIM driver and the adapter looks different, it is just from a different model such as the SIM 2. Q: Do you accept returns? A: Yes. There are free returns if there is an error on our part. We will still accept a return if you decide to return an item because it doesn't fit, you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind. If that is the case, we will pay for the return shipping up front, but deduct that cost from the amount we refund back to you. There will also be a 20% restocking fee on any custom built item as this can no longer be listed as “new”. Q: Do you have .........? A: If there is an item you need and we don't currently have it listed, there is a good chance we can get it as we have accounts with all of the major brands. Most items will ship next day although our handling time is listed at two days. We have most items on hand, but there are times we need to order which pushes the handling time back one day.
A: We do our best to ship within 24 hours. Sometimes we may need to order from our manufacturers which may delay your order by a day. If we have to order there is a possibility that the item is backordered with the manufacturer. We will do our best to communicate with you.
A: If your item has shipped and seems to be “lost” in the mail system, contact USPS/FedEx/UPS. We have no control over packages when they leave our possession. We have just as much information as you do when looking at tracking.
